Jordan claims that Hedgehogs are his spirit animals. He has been fascinated with these prickly pets since he was in the 3rd grade. Jordan loves everything hedgehogs and works as a Biology Professor at the US Air Force Academy to help financially support his family and his hedgehogs.

Natalie loves kids and animals (and Jordan). She is an elementary school teacher by profession and loves to teach kids about hedgehogs, science, and the amazing world we live in. She is a very talented seamstress and designs and creates all of our hedgie bags.

Hedgehog Handlers & Sanitation Crew
There are 5 kids in the Steel clan. Each of them love our hedgehogs and help with the daily joys of raising hedgehogs. They feed, clean, and handle each hedgehog on a daily basis and help the babies become well handled and socialized.
